I was asked in every camp I have worked around the country this summer (more camps than I am willing to admit...). Here are the details below.

That brought me to sit to write about each position -' what are the traits a player would make the perfect candidate for me and for the teams I am working for.?'

Later I found out they meant - spastically which position we were missing...

The joke was on me.

But still - why not share with you what makes a great PG in the European basketball? What are we looking for a PG to do in order to say - he is successfully making the team and players around him better.
